Our Heifer Horse and Hound location in Indianola is seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Part-Time Feed Store Employee with Full-Time potential.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with feed, livestock supplies, pet food, and farm products
- Load feed bags and merchandise for customers
- Receive, stock, and organize inventory
- Operate cash register and process sales transactions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment
- Provide excellent customer service and product information
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
- Expecting to learn to drive forklift, no outside license or certificate required
- CDL to drive straight trucks preferred but not required
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Agricultural, livestock, or feed store experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
